Sales & Advertising Representative
BizLocal is seeking a highly motivated online and offline marketer to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Marketing team. As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for executing locating and closing advertising and product/services sales through BizLocal. This is a Tiered Commission Position, based on Sales Performance.
The ideal candidate is a proven top tier performer who consistently exceeds quota and who communicates effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday. Since much of the day is spent on the phone, he/she must be able to apply solid communication skills over the phone. Followups and communications by email must maintain integrity of message, while delivering compelling pitch.
This role offers excellent earning potential of uncapped commissions, based squarely on sales performance. Tiered commissions by quota encourage higher performance. The role also provides exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines and represents an exciting opportunity to join an industry changing tech start-up.
Essential Functions:

Perform high volume of cold calls, in order to secure new business and sales of our online advertising to businesses.

Grow revenue base from scratch, by identifying and closing new business.

Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultive selling.

Document all activities.

Accomplish targeted performance objectives on consistent basis.

Maintain follow-up procedures to insure new clients are correctly engaged with the correct online package.
Qualifications:

Marketing/advertising background preferred.

BizLocal is seeking a highly motivated online marketer to join its dynamic and rapidly growing Marketing team. As an Online and Offline Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing large-scale online marketing campaigns. You will have a direct role in managing existing campaigns and launching new markets.
This role requires a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and ability to execute. The ideal candidate will have a top-tier educational background and experience in Offline Marketing, Search Engine and Socal Marketing, as well as other forms of online and offline marketing or advertising. This role provides exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines and represents an exciting opportunity to join an industry changing tech start-up.
Essential Functions:

Implement, set-up and maintain SEM and other performance marketing campaigns to drive customer growth.

Partner with data and analytics team to analyze individual campaign performance to derive actionable insights to identify optimization opportunities, evaluate performance, conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Create post-campaign reports and analysis, including recommendations for improvement.
